Cardinal Inspection provides residential home inspection services in Delaware and Madison counties, Indiana. Our inspections follow state and industry standards.

We offer:

• Full Home Inspections

• Thermal Imaging & Moisture Detection

• Pre-Listing and Buyer Inspections

• Roof & Exterior Assessments & Well Water Testing

We do not guarantee or warranty hidden or future defects.

Scheduling & Payment

• Schedule at least 48 hours in advance

• Payment due at time of inspection

• Accepted: card, electronic, cash, check

• Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a fee
